高敏C反应蛋白与代谢综合征患者关系的研究

目的探索代谢综合征患者血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系，以及hs-CRP与严重心脏事件（MACE）发生率之间的关系。方法对125例代谢综合征患者，测定其hs-CRP值，并行冠状动脉造影，平均随访12个月，观察其MACE发生率，以及hs-CRP与MACE发生的相关性，进行统计学分析。结果随访期间，有15例发生MACE，发生者的hs-CRP均值显著高于未发生者（7．62μg/ml 1．45μg／ml，P〈0．01）。随着hs-CRP水平的升高，冠状动脉病变的严重程度显著加重，MACE发生率明显增加。在COX回归分析中，位于第四个四分位数的患者与第一个相比，MACE发生的危险比为2．04（95％CI：1．67～2．52，P〈0．01）。结论hs-CRP可作为预测代谢综合征患者冠状动脉病变的严重程度及MACE发生率的强有力的指标。

Prognostic value of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective To observe the relationship between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） level and cardiovascular events in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods hs-CRP was measured at baseline serum samples from 125 patients refered for angiography. The rate of cardiovascular events was determined after a average follow-up of 12 months. Statistical analysis was done. Results In the follow-up period, 15 patients had suffered with MACE, the average hs-CRP level was significantly lower among patients who survived than among those（7.62 μg/ml vs 1.45μg/ml,P 〈0. 01 ）. The hs-CRP level was linked to the severity of coronary artery lesion. In COX regression model, the hazard ratio of MACE for patients with hs-CRP level in the fourth quartile compared with those patients in the first quartile was 2.04 （95% CI： 1.67～2.52, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion hs-CRP is a powerful marker of the cardiac risk in patients with metabolic syndrome, and hs-CRP is a marker to predict the severity of coronary artery lesion.
