营养教育对护理专业学生营养态度及饮食行为的影响

目的：探讨营养教育前后对学生营养态度及饮食相关行为的影响。方法：营养教育前首先对干预组和对照组进行营养态度及饮食相关行为调查,然后对干预组进行营养教育,对照组不施加任何干预措施,三月之后再次对两组进行调查。结果：营养教育前,两组的营养态度及饮食相关行为得分差异无显著性;营养教育后,干预组学生得分显著提高,而对照组得分无明显改变;营养教育后,干预组得分明显高于对照组。结论：营养教育是改善营养态度及饮食相关行为的有效手段。

The Effect of Nutrition Education on Nutritional Attitude and Diet Related Behavior among Undergraduate

Objective:To explore the influence of the nutrition education on the students’ nutritional attitude and dietary behavior before and after nutrition education.Methods:The nutritional attitude and diet related behavior were carried out before the nutrition education,the intervention group were dealed with the nutrition education and control group with no intervention measures,after three months later,the two group were undergone through the survey again.Results:Before the nutrition education,the nutritional attitudes and dietary behavior score had no significant difference between the two groups.The students of intervention group score increased significantly after the nutrition education,while the control group did not change noticeably;after the nutrition education,the intervention group students score increased considerably,while the control group did not change markedly;The intervention group score were remarkably higher than that of the control group after the nutrition education.Conclusion:The nutrition education is the effective means to improve the nutritional attitude and dietary behavior.
