参麦注射液、红花注射液联合西医治疗慢性肺源性心脏病对照临床观察

目的]观察参麦注射液、红花注射液联合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法]选择80例慢性肺源性心脏病患者分为两组,对照组40例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上同时给予参麦注射液60mL/d、红花注射液20mL/d稀释静脉点滴。观察血流动力学指标、血液流变学指标、动脉血气指标及临床症状改善。两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果]血流动力学各项指标治疗组均有明显改善,对照组改善不明显。血液流变学各项指标治疗组均有明显改善,对照组改善不明显。动脉血气指标治疗组治疗后动脉血二氧化碳分压下降,氧分压比治疗前升高,对照组改善不明显。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论]参麦注射液联合红花注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病有纠正心力衰竭和改善血液黏滞度,降低肺动脉高压,改善肺心病呼吸功能的作用。

Controlled Clinical Observations of Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease by Ginseng and Ophiopogonis Injection Flos Carthami Injection Combined with Western Medicines

Objective] To observe clinical effect of Ginseng and Ophiopogonis Injection,and Flos Carthami Injection combined with western medicines for treating chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method] 80 patients were selected and divided into two groups,in which 40 cases in the control group were treated with normal western medicines,and 40 cases in the treatment group were administrated with 60mL/d of Ginseng and Ophiopogonis Injection and 20mL/d of Flos Carthami Injection via dilute intravenous trip on the basis of simutaneous treatment which was the same to the control group.Haemodynamic indexes,hemorheological indexes,arterial blood gas indexes and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed.Both groups set 2 weeks for a period of treatment,and therapeutical effect would be determined after a period of treatment.Results] Each index of haemodynamics was obviously improved for treatment group,but the improvement for control group was not obvious.Each index of hemorheology was obviously improved for treatment group,but the improvement for control group was not obvious.For arterial blood gas indexes,carbon dioxide partial pressure of arterial blood had decreased after treating for treatment group,and oxygen partial pressure after treating was higher than that before treatment,however,there was unobvious improvement for control group.Clinical effect of treatment group was preferred than that of control group.Conclusion] Ginseng and Ophiopogonis Injection in combination with Flos Carthami Injection which was used to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease had the effect of correcting cardiac failure,improving blood viscosity,decreasing pulmonary artery hypertension,and ameliorating respiratory function of pneumocardial disease.
