摘    要:目的:探讨建立人表皮黑素细胞透射电镜标本制备方法。方法:以PET聚酯薄膜为支持物培养人表皮黑素细胞,纵向切片透射电镜观察。结果:人表皮黑素细胞可在PET聚酯薄膜上培养生长,有利于观察人表皮黑素细胞及其树突状突起的超微结构。结论:PET聚酯薄膜可作为支持材料应用于人表皮黑素细胞体外培养,本法可用于多极细胞超微结构的观察。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a sample preparation method for transmission electron microscopy of human epidermal melanocytes.Method:The polyethylene terephthalate film was used as cellular supporting material for culturing of human epidermal melanocytes and the sample for transmission electron microscopy was prepared.Results:The human epidermal melanocytes attached and grown on polyethylene terephthalate film,which was beneficial to ultrastructural observation of human epidermal melanocytes.Conclusion:The polyethylene terephthalate film can be a kind of supporting material for human epidermal melanocytes culturing.The method might be applied to ultrastructure observation of multipolar cells.
