It's an simple and convenient way to provide oxygen and ventilation with bag-valve mask in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.However,there are several problems with the bag-valve mask in use. The problems are mainly as follows:it is hard to create a tight seal on the face with the mask,hard to control tidal volumes,hard to make standards and needs strict training before using.It is necessary to provide a mask which is capable of creating a tight seal on the face to ensure effective ventilation.It is also important that the mask is easy to operate and is capable to control ventilation with rations,so that the bag- valve mask can be general used in public emergency.
