彩色多普勒超声心动图评估正常胎心血流动力学

目的 :探讨胎心时期心血管血流动力学特点。方法 :运用彩色多普勒血流显像检测 2 16例正常胎心时期三尖瓣返流、肺动脉及动脉导管血流。结果 :2 4 %的胎心存在生理性三尖瓣返流 ,肺动脉阻力普遍较高 ,胎心动脉导管血流单向自肺动脉流向降主动脉 ,显色明亮。结论 :部分正常胎心存在生理性三尖瓣返流 ;轻度肺动脉高压是维持胎心血流动力学需要的基本条件。

Assessment of cardiovascular hemodynamics in the normal fetus by color Doppler echocardiography

Objective To evaluate the characteristics of cardiovascular hemodyna mics in the normal fetal heart. Methods The tricuspid regurgitation and flow of the pulmonary artery and ductus arteriosus in 216 normal fetuses were measured by color Doppler echocardiography. Results Color Doppler echocardiography showed that the embryocardia ductus arterious flow had a bright shunt from the pulmonary to descending aorta. The resistance of the fetal pulmonary artery was higher than that of the infant. Physiological tricuspid regurgitation was found in 24% of the normal fetal hearts. Conclusion Physiological tricuspid regurgitation exists in some normal embryocardias. Mild pulmonary hypertension is the elementary condition of maintaining embryocardiac hemodynamics.
