仿夏倍尔液—液萃取塔的性能研究

摘    要:所试制的仿夏倍尔液-液萃取塔的萃取效率较高,内径100mm的塔其当量理论级高度(HETS)仅112mm,且操作平稳,密闭性好,适用于制药工业中要求萃取次数较多的过程。缺点是通量不大,因此容积效率较小。

Abstract:The modified Sheibel column is a highly efficient equipment forextraction. A column of 100mm i.d. was used in this study. Its height of equiva-lent theoretical stage is 112mm, when the throughput is 24L/h in kerosene-butyricacid-water system. The column has good sealing and is steady in operation.It is suitable for those extraction processes requiring many stages and smallthroughput in the production of drugs.
