| 摘 要： | 综述了我国抗疟药研究的新进展。自1985年以来有三种新药和一种制剂在国内注册,它们是:蒿甲醚、青蒿琥酯、本芴醇和青蒿素栓剂;新药萘酚喹和蒿甲醚-本芴醇复方正进行第Ⅱ期临床试验。此外,咯萘啶与其他药物伍用亦取得进展。

| Abstract: | The recent progress in research on antimalarial drugs in China hasbeen described. Three new drugs and one preparation have been registered inChina since 1985, including artemether. artesunate, benflumetol and Qinghaosusuppository. New drug naphthoquine and combination of artemether-benflumetolare undergoing phase II clinic trails. Besides, the combinative application ofpyronaridine with other drugs has also been mentioned. |
