2002年～2004年我院口服降糖药使用分析

目的:了解我院口服降糖药的临床使用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2002年～2004年口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、每日药费(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:三年来,我院口服降糖药数量及购药金额逐年增长。用药金额排名前3位的药物是阿卡波糖、格列齐特、格列吡嗪。用药频度(DDDs)排序前3位的药物是二甲双胍、格列吡嗪、格列齐特。结论:二甲双胍、格列吡嗪、格列齐特应用广泛,且价格合理,它们是目前我院所使用的口服降糖药的首选。

Analysis of oral hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital during 2002～2004

Objective:To understand the current situation and the trend of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital in order to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic.Methods:Sales amount,defined daily dose(DDDs),and drugs daily cost(DDC)of oral hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital from 2002 to 2004 were analyzed statistically.Results:For three years,the quantities and sales amount of oral hypoglycemic drugs increased year by year.The top 3 hypoglycemic drugs in respect of sales amount were acarbose,gliclazide,and glipizide.The top 3 hypoglycemic drugs in respect of defined daily dose were metformin,glipizide,and gliclazide.Conclusions:Metformin,glipizide,and gliclazide are most widely used and their prices are reasonable.They are now the first choice of oral hypoglycemic drugs which our hospital uses.
