| 摘 要： | 目的分析脑外伤后出现应激性溃疡的发病机制及临床特点,以期提高防治水平。方法对近2年来出现应激性溃疡的35例脑外伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果215例脑外伤患者中,35例出现应激性溃疡,26例出血控制,9例无效。结论应激性溃疡的治疗应以预防为主,一旦发生,预后较差。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pathogenesis and clinical features of stress ulcer in patients with brain post-traumatic injury in order to improve measures for its prevention and treatment.Methods The clinical data of stress ulcer occurred in 35 patients with brain trauma during past two years were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results Thirty five of 215 patients had stress ulcer,bleeding was controlled in 26 cases and failed in 9 cases.Conclusions The priority of treatment for stress ulcer should be given ... |
