自我效能理论在社区糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用研究

摘    要:目的 探讨以自我效能理论为指导的健康教育在社区2型糖尿病患者中应用的效果.方法 将74例社区糖尿病患者随机分为干预组38例和对照组36例,对照组患者处于自然状态,干预组接受为期8周的新型健康教育活动,干预结束后2周对2组患者进行效果评价,采用X2检验和t检验.结果 干预后,干预组患者的自我管理效能、自我管理行为得分均显著高于对照组,餐后2h血糖控制情况显著优于对照组.结论 以自我效能理论为指导的健康教育方式是一种有效、可行的社区糖尿病患者健康教育方式.

Applicaation about serf-efficacy for community patients with diabetes during the course of health education
Abstract:Objective To know the effects of using self-efficacy for community patients with during the course of health education. Methods Divided 74 community patients with type 2 diabetes into the intervention group(38 cases) and the control group(36 cases). Routine nursing cares were used in the con-trol group, while a type of new health education was used in the intervention group in addition within 8 weeks. Compared the effects between the two groups. Results The values of self-efficacy and self-manage-merit in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group respectively, the condition of blood sug-ar control was better in the intervention group than in the control group. Condusions Health education ac-cording to self- efficacy is kind of proper mode for community patients with diabetes.
