奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶及呲喃阿霉素治疗晚期胃癌36例临床观察

目的 观察奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)、呲喃阿霉素(THP)治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效及毒副反应。方法 36例晚期胃癌患者，初治23例，复治13例。L-OHP135mg／m^2，静滴d1,THP40mg／m^2静注d1，CF0．2g静滴d1-5，Fu500mg／m^2持续静滴d1-5,21天为1周期，每例化疗2～4周期。结果 化疗总有效率58．33％(21／36)，CR1例，PR20例。初治病例有效率69．56％(16／23)，复治病例有效率38．46％(5／13)。结论 奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶及呲喃霉素治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好．毒副反应可以耐受。

Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer with Oxaliplatin Combined with 5-Fluorouracil and Pirarubicin

Objective To evaluate the short term activity and toxicityt of combined chemotherapy of oxaliplatin ,5-fluorouracil and pirarubicin on advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods 36 patients with advanced gastric cancer,including 23 cases of original therapy and 13 cases recurrent were treated with LOHP 135 mg/m2 ,ivgtt,dl, THP 40 mg/m2 iv dl,CF 0.2 ivgtt, dl-5,5-Fu 500 mg/m2 ivgtt,dl-5. Cycles repeated every 21 days,and 2-4 cycles were delivered for each patient. Results The overall effective rate was 58.33%(21/36),the original cases 69.56%(16/23),the recurrent cases was 38.46%(5/13).Condusion The results of this study demonstrate that oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil and pirarubicin has good tolerance and efficacy in advanced gastric cancer,and further investigation is worthwhile.
