| 摘 要： | 目的 研究沙门菌的PCR检测方法.方法 引物选择沙门菌的hilA基因,应用PCR法检测沙门菌.结果 PCR能检测经选择性增菌液培养的沙门菌,扩增片段在497 bp.结论 应用PCR检测沙门菌,具有快速、特异、灵敏和简便的特点.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method for detection of Salmonella by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Method Based on unique sequence characteristic of hilA,hilA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction.Result HilA primers targeted a 497bp region of HilA gene specific to Salmonella.Conclusion The PCR based on unique sequence characteris- tic of HilA is a method of high specificity,good reproducibility and high sensitivity.It's a practical method for Salmonella de- tection. |
