| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Pokemon蛋白在胃黏膜不典型增生与胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测43例不典型增生胃黏膜及87例胃癌组织中Pokemon蛋白的表达,以20例正常胃黏膜为对照。并联系临床病理学指标进行相关分析。结果在正常胃黏膜中Pokemon不表达或弱表达,在不典型增生胃黏膜中,阳性表达率及强度较正常胃黏膜有所增加,并随不典型增生程度的加重而增加,在胃癌组织中表达最高,并与胃癌分化程度及有无淋巴转移和肝转移有关。结论Pokemon蛋白的表达与胃癌的发生密切相关,可能参与了胃黏膜不典型增生及胃癌的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Pokemon and its clinical significant in gastric carcinoma and atypic hyperplasia of gastric mucosa. Methods The Pokemon in gastric carcinoma(n=87), atypic hyperplasia gastric mucosa(n=43),normal gastric mucosa(n=20) was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Pokemon protein expression was high in 71 of 87 cases in gastric carcinoma, which was significantly different from the expression in normal gastric mucosa and atypic hyperplasia of gastric mucosa, in atypic hyperplasia of gastric mucosa,expression of Pokemon was relative to high and low of hyperplasia of gastric mucosa.It was highly expressed in gastric carcinoma and was related with liver transformation. Conclusion Pokemon protein expression is correlated with the carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma,maybe it correlate with the carcinogenesis and progression of atypic hyperplasia of gastric mucosa, gastric carcinoma. |
