仙人掌提取物对荷瘤S180小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨仙人掌提取物的抗肿瘤作用及其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用野生仙人掌进行乙醇提取并制成受试溶液,建立荷S180瘤小鼠模型,用仙人掌醇提取物受试溶液给小鼠灌胃,连续给药14d后,测定仙人掌提取物组、正常组、阴性对照组和环磷酰胺组各小鼠脾脏及胸腺的重量,计算脾指数和胸腺指数。结果小鼠荷瘤后出现免疫指标的异常,表现为脾指数和胸腺指数的下降(P均<0.01)。仙人掌提取物组可使荷瘤小鼠的脾指数和胸腺指数提高并趋向正常(P>0.05)。结论仙人掌提取物能提高小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To experimentally study on the efficacy of Opuntia dillenii haw extracts on antineoplastic action and its effects on mouse immunologic function. Methods The experimental solution were extracted from wild Opuntia dillenii haw with ethanol. The mouse S180 tumor models were also built up, then the mice were given the experimental solution orally for 14 days continuously. The weight of spleen and thymus in the extract group, the normal control group, the negative control group and cyclophosphamide group were detected, respectively. The spleen index and thymus index were calculated out. Results The decreased spleen index and thymus index (all P<0.01) showed that the immunologic indexes were abnormal in mice with tumor. The Opuntia dillenii haw could increase the levels of spleen index and thymus index in mice with tumor and tend to be normal (P>0.05). Conclusion Opuntia dillenii haw extracts can increase the mouse immunologic function.
