宫腔镜用于诊治女性不孕症的临床价值

目的:探讨宫腔镜诊治不孕症的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2009年1月至2009年10月为288例不孕症患者行宫腔镜检查、治疗,并行输卵管插管通液的临床资料。结果:288例中宫腔病变136例(47.22%),病变发生率前3位为子宫内膜息肉50例(17.36%),宫腔粘连36例(12.50%),子宫内膜炎16例(5.56%)。正常宫腔152例(52.78%)。288例不孕症患者中输卵管不通畅168例,占58.33%。宫腔镜术后1年自然妊娠105例(36.46%)。结论:不孕症患者宫腔病变占较大比例,输卵管因素是女性不孕的最常见原因。为不孕症患者行宫腔镜检查是必要的,并可同时完成简单的镜下手术,效果良好。

Clinical value of hysteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility
