微血管密度和血管内皮生长因子的表达在胃癌转移中的意义

探讨微血管密度及血管内皮生长因子在胃癌淋巴结转移中的作用。方法：应用抗第Ⅷ因子相 关抗原抗体，抗ＶＥＧＥ抗体行免疫组化ＩＳＡＢ法，对９３例原发性胃癌组织中的微血管密度（ＭＶＤ）和血管内皮生长 因子（ＶＥＧＦ）的表达进行研究。结果：伴有淋巴结转移组的胃癌组织中ＭＶＤ、ＶＥＧＦ指数明显高于不伴有淋巴结 转移组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而与其它临床病理学指标无关。结论：提示胃癌组织中微血管密度和血管内皮生长因子的表 达与胃癌淋巴结转移关系密切，微血管密度高的胃癌可能预后不良。

Relationships between lymph node metastssis of gastric carcinoma and microvessel density and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor

Objective: To caved lymph node metastasis of metric carcinoma in relation to microvessel density and expansion of vascular endothelial growth factor. Methods: 93 gastric cancer spotments come from Henan Kai Feng Huaihe Hospital from 1984-1994.F8-MA was brought from DAKO Co, VEGF from Oncogene Sceence Product.93 speciments were studied immunohistochemically. Results: The MVD and VEGF index in the group with lymph node metastasis were remarkably higher than those in the groups with out in (P<0.01). Conclusion: Gastric cancer patients with high microvessel count and VEGF -positive staining may be at high risk for development of metastassis and may have unfavorable prognosis.
