| 摘 要： | 目的评价住院部麻醉药品的应用现状及趋势，为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法采集2006—2008年解放军总医院第一附属医院住院部计算机管理系统麻醉药品应用数据。采用用药频度分析法对10种麻醉药品进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品用药金额逐年递增，使用品种趋向多样化，吗啡口服剂消耗量与芬太尼注射液的用药频度分别居第一。结论该院麻醉药品的应用基本合理，吗啡口服剂为该院I临床缓解肿瘤疼痛之首选；哌替啶已不作为癌痛治疗的选择。
