摘    要:目的 了解P2X_7受体在新生大鼠缺氧缺血型脑损伤后的表达变化.方法 选择出生7 d的SD大鼠建立新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型,通过Western blot和免疫组化检测缺氧缺血前后脑皮层、白质、海马P2X_7受体表达.结果 缺氧缺血后2 h,患侧皮层、白质和海马P2X_7受体蛋白较假手术对照组明显下调(P<0.05,P<0.01);免疫组化也显示患侧皮层、白质和海马P2X_7,受体表达下降.结论 P2X_7受体可能参与了新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤过程.
