| 摘 要： | 为观察当归对博莱霉素致鼠肺纤维化后的治疗作用，对用博莱霉素气管内灌注30d后的SD大鼠，治疗组给予25%当归注射液每日注射共15d，对照组注射生理盐水，结果显示：治疗组肺组织学检查，纤维化明显轻于对照组；肺间质所占面积百分比显著低于对照组；肺匀浆羟脯氨酸含量显著减少（P＜0.01)。结果表明，当归能延缓博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化进程，缓解其所致的肺纤维化病变。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of angelica sinensis in treatingbleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats,SD rats,after 30 days of bleomycin intratrachea drip,were divided into 2 groups.In Angelica sinensis group,25% angelica sinensis was given intraperitoneally daily for 15 days.In control group normal saline was given intraperitoneally. Using histopathological examination,image processing computer,and hydroxyprotine exam,the results showed that angelica sinensis could obviously reduce the lung interstitial area,decrease in content of hydroxyproline (P＜0.01). So that the Angelica sinensis could slow down the process of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin |
