| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管化腓骨瓣游离移植整复下颌骨缺损患者围术期的护理方法.方法:对7例下颌骨大部缺损患者行血管化腓骨瓣游离移植整复,严格术前准备,术后密切观察皮瓣移植情况,早期发现血管危象,及时调整患者体位,并给予呼吸道、口腔及饮食护理.结果:7例患者血管吻合成功,伤口均一期愈合.随访半年,未见肿瘤复发及远处转移,5例获得满意的外观和功能;供区小腿均无功能障碍.结果:腓骨瓣是重建下颌骨缺损的理想组织瓣,对整复口腔下颌骨缺损患者采取有效的观察和护理,是保证手术成功和患者康复的重要措施之一.
