摘    要:基于我们新近提出的血液灌注率体表常热流无损测量方法,建立相关的实验系统,研究了具体测试时的若干影响因素。并采用该方法对正常状况及运动后人体小臂、小腿、大腿等部位的血液灌注率进行反复测量,得到人体这些部位皮肤组织的血液灌注率数值。这些数值与以往文献报道采用其他方法测得的实验结果非常吻合。实验结果表明,该方法可灵敏检测出人体不同部位、不同状态下的血液灌注率变化,从而得出人体表面组织血液灌注率随加热热流的变化规律,并得到各部位血液灌注率随组织温度上升的线性拟合公式,这将为超声、射频及激光肿瘤热疗等临床医学应用提供重要的参考依据。这些实验研究为发展适合于临床应用的血液灌注率无损测量仪器建立了相对完整的基础。

Abstract:Experimental system of the new non-invasive method of blood perfusion estimation, which is based on the surface temperature response to constant surface flux heating, had been established and used to measure blood perfusion at various human body positions, including forearm, thigh and calf, under different conditions (from the basal resting state to the exercise state). The measured values of blood perfusion were in good agreement with those reported in the literature. It can be concluded that this method may successfully detect the variations of blood perfusion under different conditions. These results provide the experimental foundation for the new noninvasive method of blood perfusion estimation, which can have significant applications in future clinical practices, such as tumor hyperthermia using ultrasound, radio frequency or laser. These systematical studies are expected to provide a relatively reliable foundation for the noninvasive measurement of the human blood perfusion clinically.
