复方银杏叶滴丸的成型工艺研究

摘    要:目的:确立复方银杏叶滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,从基质、冷却剂的种类,提取物与基质的用量配比等方面进行试验。结果:根据实验确定的工艺制备出3批产品,符合《中国药典》(2005年)的规定。结论:证明该工艺可行。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the optimized preparation procedure for Yindan Dropping Pills. Methods: The preparation conditions,such as the different kinds of primary substance,cooling agent,the pro-portion between the extracts and primary substance,etc.,were studied with L9(34)orthogonal design. Results:Three batchs of the products prepared with the procedure on the experimental result were conformed to the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion:It has been proved that the procedure is available.
