| 摘 要： | 目的观察早期心理疏导对急性脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能缺损康复的影响。方法将60例初发脑卒中神经功能缺损伴卒中后抑郁患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组予常规药物、肢体活动指导治疗，观察组在此基础上给予心理疏导。用Zung量表（SDS）和改良的爱丁堡斯堪的那维亚卒中量表（MESSS）分别于治疗前和治疗后进行抑郁程度及于第2、4、8周末对患者进行肌力评定。结果观察组与对照组SDS、MESSS评分治疗前差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后第2周末观察组有低于对照组的趋势，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后第4、8周末观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期心理疏导对急性脑卒中后抑郁神经功能缺损康复有明显的疗效。
