摘    要:目的对健康个体进行经颅电刺激咀嚼肌诱发电位的研究,建立评估皮质脑干束的检查方法.方法对56名健康志愿者进行经颅电刺激,在双侧咀嚼肌同时接受,分别记录同侧的根运动诱发电位(root motor evoked potentia1,R-MEP)和对侧的皮层运动诱发电位(cortical motor evoked potential,C-MEP)的潜伏期、波幅.结果R-MEP的潜伏期为(3.55±0.44)ms,波幅为(3.49±2.73)mV;C-MEP的潜期为(5.83±1.40)ms,波幅为(563.84±525.07)μV.C-MEP的潜伏期与年龄无明显相关性(P>0.1).结论C-MEP是一种非创伤性评估皮质脑干束的检测方法.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for testing function of corticobulbar tract by studying the transcranial masticatory evoked potential in healthy subjects.METHODS: Transcranial electrical stimulation has been performed on 56healthy subjects. Latency and amplitude of root motor evoked potential (R-MEP) and contralateral cortical motor evoked potential(C-MEP) have been recorded from the ipsilateral and contralateral masticatory muscles.RESULTS: Latency and amplitude of R-MEP was(3.55 ±0. 44) ms and (3.49 ± 2. 73) mV respectively, while latency and amplitude of C-MEP was (5.83 ± 1.40) ms and (563.84 ±525.07) mV. The latency of C-MEP was not related to age ( P > 0.05).CONCLUSION: C-MEP can be used as a non-invasive test for assessment of corticobulbar tract function.
