胎盘提取物对肿瘤化疗的辅助调节作用研究

目的：研究胎盘提取物（PIP）对减轻肿瘤化疗的毒性,增强疗效的效果.方法：采用动物实验方法,对荷瘤动物施于化疗的同时加喂PIP,观察抑制率和白细胞总数的变化.结果：化疗同时给予PIP,能显著提高抑制率（STR）（P＜0.05）;能迅速回升因化疗造成的外周血白细胞减少（P＜0.01）.结论：在肿瘤化疗中PIP可协同抑制肿瘤,提高外周血中白细胞总数,进而调节生理功能,修复受损的组织或细胞.与其含有大量活性物质,提高机体免疫功能和抑瘤作用有关.

Assistant Regulation Role of Placental Immunoregulating Polypeptide for Tumor Chemotherapy

Objective: To study the effect on decreasing chemotherapeutic toxicity and increasing anti-tumor treatment of placental immunoregulating polypeptide(PIP).Methods: The change of suppressor tumor rate(STR) and leukocyte number in mice were observed by using PIP during chemotherapy.Results: Chemotherapy and using of PIP at the same time raised STR and increased leukocytes more rapidly than control.There were significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.01) between two groups.Conclusions: PIP can inhibit the tumor,increase leukocytes and repair the damaged tissue and cells.It may be related to active material in PIP and improvement immunologic function and suppression tumor of PIP.
