| 摘 要： | 研究了用直接法制备子宫内膜细胞染色体的技术及细胞分裂相与组织学分期的关系.结果显示直接法制备子宫内膜细胞染色体成功率为40.3%,增生期与分泌期子宫内膜组织的分裂相出现率统计学上无显著性差别.用子宫内膜细胞染色体畸变率分析方法对服用氯菧酚胺的妇女于用药前、用药三月、用药六月作子宫内膜细胞染色体的自身对照研究,结果提示氯菧酚胺对用药妇女子宫内膜无可察觉的致突变、致癌的遗传学效应

| Abstract: | This article presents a technique of chromosome analysis which are prepared from human endometrium directly. The success rate was 40.3%. It was shown that there was no statistical significant differences between mitotic index of prolifera-tive and secretory phases. The same study had been carried out in women before and had been taking clomiphene for 3 cycles and 6 cycles. And also no detectable mutagenic, and no carcinogenic effects on endometrium were found |
