产褥期妇女知识及生活需求调查与母婴保健

目的:了解石家庄市产褥期妇女知识与生活的需求,探讨母婴保健服务模式,促进母婴健康。方法:采用问卷方式对石家庄市462名产妇进行面对面调查,所得数据用SPSS12.0软件进行汇总分析,再分组进行母婴保健指导。结果:产褥期妇女知识与生活的需求程度前5位分别是新生儿常见疾病预防及护理、婴儿早期教育、婴儿疫苗接种知识、母乳喂养知识、新生儿日常护理、产后42天去医院体检;实验组产妇进行个性化保健指导后,就产妇乳腺炎、子宫复旧不良、张力性尿失禁、腰骶痛的发生率,新生儿尿布疹、鹅口疮、脓疱疮的发生率与对照组进行比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:现阶段的产妇对产褥期保健知识及婴儿护理知识匮乏,要有的放矢的进行个性化健康教育与保健指导,提高母婴健康水平。

The investigation of knowledge need and life requirement of puerperal women and mother - child care

Objective:To study the need for knowledge and life of puerperal women in Shijiazhuang, explore the service model of maternal-child health care, to improve the maternal child health.Methods:Face to face ways were adopted to inquire questions with paper and to investigate 462 puerperal women were divided into groups to be guided of maternal-child health care knowledge.Results:The first to fifth degree of puerperal women knowledge need and life need were: prevention and nursing of infants diseases; the child's early education; vaccination and breast feeding knowledge; the infant's daily nursing; the clilinal examination of 42 days after labour. After guiding respectirely for care, the study group was compared with the control group for mastitis, uterus recover improperly stress urinary in continence, ratio of waist and sacrum pain, diaper rash, thrush, impetigo. There were significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:The puerperal women lack of the health care knowledge and infants care knowledge. To guide them respectivly can improve the health levels of both infants and mothers.
