围术期应用抗菌药物预防妇产科术后感染的调查分析

目的探讨妇产科围术期应用抗菌药物预防术后感染的效果。方法采用回顾性调查与前瞻性监测相结合的方法，比较围术期预防性应用抗菌药物组与常规传统用药两组在切口感染、平均住院日、住院费用等方面的差异。结果围术期用药组与常规用药两组相比，前者术后感染率较低，且平均住院日短，住院费用低。结论围术期应用抗菌药物及采取其他综合措施对预防妇产科术后感染具有重要作用，且社会经济效益好。

Investigation on Effect of Prophylactic Antibiotics in Gynaecology and Obstetrics Patients During Perioperative Period

Objective To investigate the effect of the prophylactic application of antibiotics during the perioperative time in the gynaecology and obstetrics patients. Methods Retrospective combined prospective study,the data of two groups of patients who received prophylactic application of antibiotics in the perioperative period or received traditional routine medication in the postoperative time were collected; wound infection rate, average hospitalization days, average hospitalization expenses between both groups were compared. Results The prophylactic application of antibiotics in the perioperative period group had reduced wound infection rate (P<0.05), the shorter average hospitalization days (P <0.05) and the lower average hospitalization expenses (P<0.05) as compared with the group received prophylactic antibiotics postoperatively traditional routine medication. Conclusion It is recommended to prevent infection through the prophylactic application of antibiotics during the perioperative period and by taking synthetic measures for the gynaecology and obstetrics patients, the social and economical benefits are obvious.
