| 摘 要： | 近年来，上消化道恶性狭窄性疾病，如食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口癌性狭窄，晚期失去手术机会的食管、贲门癌患者，随着内镜技术的发展，可采用Savary Gilliard探条扩张、球囊扩张及内镜下记忆合金支架置放术，均取得了较好的近期疗效，但对于疾病本身的进展并无益处，再狭窄可能较大。本院在开展了内镜下药物注射治疗晚期胃癌术后，我们又开展了内镜下探条扩张术联合局部化疗药物注射治疗食管、贲门癌术后癌性狭窄，并对所有治疗患者进行随访，取得了较满意的近远期疗效，现报道如下。
