| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨HPV多重感染与宫颈病变的关系。方法 对2004年8月-2005年5月期间在北京中日友好医院妇科门诊就诊的591位女性的宫颈细胞标本进行HPV基因型分型检测，比较不同宫颈病变类型组HPV多重感染的比例。结果本组资料中多重感染的比例为44，6％，最常见类型为HPV52、58及HPV16、18二重感染。除宫颈鳞癌组，HPV多重感染的比例随宫颈病变级别增加而增加，各组与正常组相比，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论 HPV多重感染与宫颈病变的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of multiple human papillomavirus(HPV) infections in cervical dysplasia.Methods The cervical samples of 591 women who visited China-Japan Friendship Hospital from August 2004 to May 2005 were randomly selected for 21 HPV subtypes,and the multiple infection rates in different cervical lesions were calculated.Results The total multiple infection rate was 44.6%.The most common models were HPV 52 /58 and HPV16/18 double infection.The multiple infection rates increased with the severity of cervical dysplasia(except for cancer),and are significant higher than the normal group.Conclusion Multiple HPV infection is associated with the development of cervical neoplasia. |
