复方甘草酸苷片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床研究

目的观察复方甘草酸苷片对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的治疗效果及安全性。方法将门诊非酒精性脂肪肝性炎的患者55例随机分为两组,观察组给予复方甘草酸苷片治疗,对照组给予葡醛内酯片治疗。在同等运动疗法和要求饮食控制的基础上,观察两组患者的肝功能情况以及肝B超影像变化。同时观察治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果观察组肝功能复常率、复常时间及疗效稳定性均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,而药物不良反应则以观察组为少（P〈0.05）。结论复方甘草酸苷片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎有较好疗效并且用药安全。

Treatment of compound glycyrrhizin tablets on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of compound glycyrrhizin tablets in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods 55 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group treated with compound glycyrrhizin and control group treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline.Results The normalization rate of liver function,rehabilitation and curative effects of the stability of regular hours in the observation group were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,while the adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lesser than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat nonalcoholicsteatohepatitis with compound glycyrrhizin tablets.
