| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍熵方法的思想并探讨其在临床诊断评价中的应用。方法 以医学影像资料为例计算其熵值。结果熵方法能将模糊凌乱的实验数据做出定量的判断。结论熵方法在临床诊断评价中的应用是可行的 ,是对传统ROC曲线评价方法的补充。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the ideas of entropy method and to explore its applications in diagnostic test. Methods Taking the data of medical imaging as an exa mple to compute entropy value. Results Disorder d ata can be judged quantitatively with entropy method. Conclus ion Entropy method is practicable in diagnostic test and it is a supplement for traditional ROC curve. |
