| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腔镜下成人漏斗胸NUSS微创矫形手术的护理配合及体会。方法术前护士应充分了解患者病情,访视患者,减轻其焦虑恐惧心理,使其积极配合治疗;术中密切配合医生进行手术,缩短手术时间,积累经验。结果每例手术都顺利完成,并得到医生的认可。结论胸腔镜辅助下成人漏斗胸微创矫治手术取得了较好的矫形效果。成人大龄者由于胸廓的伸展性和柔韧性较差,手术较困难,手术时间略长,手术前的充分准备以及周密的计划能缩短手术时间、提高手术的安全系数。
