偏瘫患者肩痛的临床观察

对84例偏瘫肩痛患者进行观察分析，认为肩痛是多种致病因子的叠加；通过综合治疗后，采用自行设计的“偏瘫肩痛程度评分表”和被动肩关节活动的受限程度作治疗前后评分。结果偏瘫肩痛程度治疗前后评分±s=4．405±2．293，t=17．609，P＜0．001，差异有非常显著性。偏瘫肩关节活动的受限程度治疗前后经卡方检验X2=11．3，P＜0．01，差异有非常显著性。说明偏瘫肩痛通过有效的治疗，大多数患者可以得到明显的缓解。

Clinical Observation on Shoulder Pain in Patients with Hemiplegia

Presented in this study was to observe and analyze the causes of shoulder pain in 84 patients with hemiplegia, and discuss tbe therapeutic methods for shoulder pain. "Shoulder pain rating scale" designed by. the author and the passive ROM of the affected shoulders were used to evaluate the scores before and after comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The results showed that shoulder pain of hemiplegia was caused by various factors and could be markedly improved in most patients after treatment with the difference being significant (P<0.01). It was suggested that the shoulder pain in patients with hemiplegia could obtain obvious relief in most patients through effective treatment.
