| Abstract: | The estrogenic action of DDT analogs, among these methoxychlor, is discussed. Emphasis is placed on investigations of estrogenic properties of DDT derivatives, their long-term effects on reproductive processes, and their mechanism of action. Kepone is discussed briefly as an example of another structural class of insecticides with estrogenic activity. |
