| 摘 要： | 阐述了临床路径的基本概念以及临床路径信息化平台的发展方向。从信息系统平台建设、系统评价、医保政策配套等方面对医院电子临床路径工作的发展情况进行了深入的探讨。对如何搭建一个“全流程”和“规范化管理”的信息临床路径系统，从体现临床路径诊疗特征、循环改进、医疗方案整体性及人机交互界面四个方面提出了一些系统设计思路及具体方案。

| Abstract: | Describe the basic concepts of clinical pathways and clinical pathinformation platform development. Make a in- depth discussion in development of our hospital electronic clinical pathway from the information system platform construction to system evaluation and medical insurance policy support. On how to build a information clinical pathway system of ＂Full Flow＂ and ＂Standardized Management＂ Propose some system design ideas and specific proposals in four aspects, reflecting clinical pathway diagnosis and treatment characteristics, circulation improvement and holistic medical program integrity as well as man-machine interface systems. |
