| 摘 要： | 用辐射热甩尾法测定，将ＰｒＣｌ３与苜蓿皂甙混合液注入大鼠腹腔引起的镇痛作用可被腹腔注射的纳洛酮所对抗，也可被腹腔注射的ＣａＣｌ２部分翻转。说明该镇痛作用是通过与阿片受体结合而实现的。

| Abstract: | Mixedsolution of PrCl3 and alfalfa saponin injected peritoneally elicited an obviousanalgesic effect with the method of tail-flick reflex induced by radiated heat.The effect could be an-tagonized by Naloxone and could also be partly turned over by CaCl2.It was shown that the coordinat-ed analgesic effect of PrCl3 and alfalfa saponin was realized by their combination with the opiate recep-tors. |
