| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医综合方案治疗非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFL）的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法：72例NAFL患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用中医综合治疗方案，对照组采用西医综合治疗方案，疗程均为2个月。结果：治疗组痊愈10例，显效17例，有效5例，无效4例，总有效率为88．9％（95％CI=80．1％～99．2％）；对照组痊愈6例，显效8例，有效10例，无效12例，总有效率为66．7％（95％CI=49．0％～81．4％）；两组综合疗效比较差异显著（u=2．6425，P=0．0092）；患者症状体征、肝功能、血脂明显改善，肝脏CT值及肝脾CT比值明显升高。结论：中医综合方案治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效优于西医综合治疗方案，其收益为OR=0．25（95％CI=0．07～0．87），NNT=5（95％CI=2．41～33．22）。
