79例紫杉醇注射液致过敏反应文献分析

目的：探讨紫杉醇注射液致过敏反应的一般规律和特点,促进临床合理用药。方法：检索1994-2009年国内公开发行的医药期刊,对79例紫杉醇注射液致过敏反应病例的年龄与性别分布、过敏反应症状、原患疾病、过敏史、过敏反应出现时间分布、给药剂量、采取急救措施及护理等进行统计分析。结果：紫杉醇注射液致过敏反应多发生于30～60a患者,原患疾病以乳腺癌、肺癌、卵巢癌居多,女性明显多于男性,大多发生在给药10min内。其中,过敏性休克有45例,占56.96%;严重过敏反应有28例,占35.44%。结论：紫杉醇注射液致过敏反应发生率较高,且后果严重,应加以重视。

Analysis of 79 cases of allergic reactions induced by paclitaxel injection

Objective：To investigate the general pattern and characteristics of allergic reaction induced by paclitaxel injection and promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods：Seventy nine cases of allergic reactions induced by paclitaxel injection published in Chinese medical journals during 1994-2009 were retrieved and statistically analyzed,including distribution of age and gender,allergy symptom,the primary diseases,allergic history,time distribution of allergic reactions,dosage,first-aid measures and nursing care.Results：Allergic reactions induced by paclitaxel injection occurred more often in patients aged from 30 to 60 years,the major primary diseases of patients were breast carcinoma,pulmonary carcinoma and ovarian cancer,the proportion of female was higher than that of male,and allergic reactions usually occurred within 10 minutes after medication.There were 45 patients（56.96%） suffering from allergic shock and 28 patients（35.44%） developing serious allergic reactions.Conclusion：The occurrence rate of allergic reactions induced by paclitaxel injection is high,and the outcomes are serious,so the rational use of paclitaxel injection in clinic should be paid more attention to.
