应用德尔菲法构建急诊护士急救技能能级评价体系

目的建立急诊护士急救技能能级评价体系。方法应用德尔菲（Delphi）方法,对南京市5所三级甲等医院50位专家进行两轮问卷咨询,分析咨询结果。结果两轮咨询专家的权威程度较高,其权威系数为0.895;协调系数W在0.523～0.66之间;最终确立的急诊护士急救技能能级评价体系中,护士共分为4级,具体评价指标共包括80项。初步建立了急诊护士急救技能能级评价体系,包括能级框架、能级准入标准和各能级技能要求。结论急诊护士急救技能能级评价体系的建立能够缓解护理人力供需之间的矛盾,有利于人力资源的科学管理,同时为急诊护理人才培养提供了科学的方法。

Application of Delphi Method in Establishing Evaluation System of First-aid Skills Level in Emergency Nursing

Objective To establish a leuel evaluation system of first-aid skills fr emergenay nurses.Methods Using Delphi method,50 experts from three grade III class A hospitals in Nanjing were consulted with 2 rounds of questionnaires.The results were analyzed accordingly.Results The two rounds of experts had a higher degree of its authority with the average coefficient of 0.895 and the harmonious coefficient W was between 0.523-0.66.In this evaluation system,the nurses were divided into four specific indicators,including 80 items.An evaluation system of first-aid skills level in emergency nursing was primarily established,including energy level framework,level access standards and energy level of skill requirements.Conclusion The establishment system of first-aid skills helps relive the contradiction between supply and demand of nursing labourpower provid a scientific method for emergency care personnel training,favor the scientific management of human resources and provide a scientific method for emergency nursing staff＇s training.
