肺纤维化大鼠肺组织细胞间粘附分子-1表达的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM - 1)在实验性肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中的表达及其作用。方法 :应用免疫组化ABC法结合显微图象分析 ,对博莱霉素 (BLM)致大鼠肺纤维化的慢性炎症过程中肺组织内ICAM - 1的表达进行了动态定量分布研究。结果 :气管内灌注BLM后第 1天肺泡上皮ICAM - 1表达即有增加 ,第 7天达高峰 ,第 2 8天仍持续高表达 ;支气管粘膜上皮、肺血管内皮及炎性细胞表面ICAM - 1表达也均有增加 ;且肺泡上皮I CAM - 1表达与肺组织炎症积分呈正相关。结论 :ICAM - 1参与了肺组织炎症和纤维化过程

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the expression and the role of ICAM-1 in the lungs of rats with BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: The distribution and the quantity of ICAM-1 expression in rat lungs were determined by immunohistochemical and image analysis. Results: After intratracheal instillation of BLM, the expression of ICAM-1 on alveolar epithelium was increased on the 1st day, reached the peak on the 7th day, and remained the highest level on the 28th day. The expression of ICAM-1 on bronchus epithelium?microvascular epithelium?alveolar epithelium and inflammatory cells was also increased. In the meantime, the increased expression of ICAM-1 in the lungs was correlated with the inflammation degree in lung tissue. Conclusion: ICAM-1 in the lung probably took part in the formation of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis.
