| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用DIKFIX可吸收内固定螺钉治疗关节部位骨折的临床效果。方法以术后随访患者伤肢局部功能恢复情况和影像学检查结果进行综合评价。结果随访患者68例，随访时间3-38个月，无一例骨折不愈合和移位，优43例，良14例，优良率83．8％。结论DIKFIX可吸收内固定螺钉治疗关节部位骨折，可被人体完全降解吸收，避免了二次手术，减轻了患者的心理压力和经济负担．值得临床进一步推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of absorbable internal fixation screw DIKFIX for the treatment of articular fractures. Methods Comprehensive evaluation by postoperative follow-up of patients together with imaging examination results. Results 68 patients during the follow-up period of 3 to 38 months occured none case of nonunion and displacement with excellent and good rate of 83.8%. Conclusion Absorbable screw DIKFIX for the treatment of articular fracturescan be completely absorbed by the body to avoid a second operation so as to relieve the patients＇ psychological stress and economic burden, which deserves fiirther promotion and application in clinical. |
