| 摘 要： | VSD与PDA二者合并在血液动力学上为两个水平的左向右分流。所以肺动脉高压发生率高,失去了典型PDA的杂音特点而易漏诊,也会酿成术中被动局面,甚至因低心排、灌注肺而死亡。本文对两者合并的诊断要点,术式及手术方法进行讨论。

| Abstract: | 20 cases of VSD with PDA were performed in our hospital from 1978 to 1987.It was 9% of all VSD operation in children. Only half of the accompanied PDA were diagnosed preoperatively. VSD with PDA were not only a difficult problem in diagnosis but also in operation, and caused deaths even as low cardiac output or perfusion lungs. Therefore, it will be beneficial to increase the rate of correct diagnoses and perform primary operations under a low-flow perfusion for the patients of VSD with PDA. |
