摘    要:目的 探讨郎格罕见组织细胞增生症是否与免疫遗传学有关,方法 采用国际标准人类白细胞抗原(HLA)抗血清和国际标准微量淋巴细胞毒试验方法,对北京地区经北京儿童医院确诊的48例年龄为2.5~15岁的郎格罕组织细胞增生症患者进行了HLA-A,HLA-B,HLA-DR抗原检测,并以100例北京健康成人作为对照组进行分析。结果 本病患儿呈显著增高的抗原有HLA-DR3(RR=7.46,Pc〈0.01)和HL

Abstract:Objective Typing for HLA class and class antigens for childhood patients with Langerhans cell histocytosis LCH to determine if there is any relation between LCH and immunogenetic factors. methods Forty eight patients with LCH, aged 2.5 to 15.0 years, diagnosed in Beijing Childrens Hospital, and one hundred normal adults as the controls were included in this study. International standard HLA antisera and microcytotoxicity method were used. Results Two antigens, HLADR3 (RR=7.46, Pc<0.01) and HLAB40 (RR=3.34, Pc<0.04) were increased significantly in LCH patients, which indicated that they might be susceptible to the disease, while HLAB35 (RR=0.07, Pc<0.01) and DR9 (RR=0.28, Pc<0.04) were decreased, which suggesting that they might be the protective genes. Conclusion Immunogenetics alleles promoted by unknown environment factors play a role in initiating the disease. This finding might provide some clues for further research in terms of the pathogenesis of LCH in children.
