| 摘 要： | 目的研究早期类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)在腕关节的主要MRI表现.方法选择经临床确诊早期RA78例,进行腕关节MRI平扫和增强扫描,观察各种异常MRI征象,评价主要MRI征象对于早期RA的诊断价值.结果 78例早期RA的MRI征象:滑膜增厚78例,血管翳强化78例,骨髓水肿65例,骨侵蚀50例,关节积液54例,腱鞘炎3例.结论腕关节MRI可以反映早期RA的病理改变,是诊断早期RA重要的检查方法.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) appearances of the wrist in early stage of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). MethodsSeventy eight patients with clinical diagnosed RA were selected.All the patients underwent pre-contrast and post-contrast MR examination.The abnormal MRI appearances were observed.The diagnosis value of MR features in early stage of RA were evaluated.ResultsMRI results showed that synovial hyperplasia and enhanced pannus in the wrists could be seen in all the cases,while bone marrow edema,bone erosion and joint effusion could be seen in 65,50 and 54 cases respectively.And tenosynovitis could be found in 3 cases.ConclusionMRI of wrist could reflect the pathologic process of early RA.MRI is an important diagnositc tool for early RA. |
