| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药加小剂量甲巯味唑联合治疗甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）的临床疗效和安全性。方法将82例甲亢患者随机分为治疗组（中药加小剂量甲巯味唑）42例和对照组（甲巯味唑）40例，观察患者临床疗效和血清中游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（TF4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）的变化情况，以及副作用，并进行对比。结果治疗组临床症状改善、总有效率均优于对照组；FT3／FT4也减低到正常范围，TSH增加，差异与治疗前比较均有显著性，治疗组效果优于对照组（P〈0．05），无不良反应。结论中药加小剂量甲巯味唑联合治疗甲亢能有效地改善临床症状，提高疗效，并减少甲巯味唑用量及毒副作用。
