| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步探讨颈静脉体瘤的诊治。方法：回顾1991年至2000年10月间我院收治的5例颈静脉体瘤，将临床表现归结起来分为3部分：耳部症状、神经学症状及神经内分泌症状。分别采用4种手术入路切除肿瘤。结果：肿瘤全切除3例，次全切除1例，大部分切除1例；3例术后原有症状有不同程度好转，1例原有症状完全消失；随访1－7年，3例已恢复工作，1例生活自理，1例肿瘤复发。结论：充分的术前准确及良好的显露是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and management of glomus jugulare tumors. Methods Five cases of glomus jugulare tumor from 1991 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into 3 groups according to the clinical presentations. All tumors were resected by 4 kinds of approach. Results Total resection of tumors was achieved in 3 cases, subtotal resection in 1 case, and partial resection in 1 case. Follow - up (from 1 to 7 years) revealed normal life in 3 cases, self - control in 1 case, and recurrence in 1 case. Conclusion Full preoperative preparation and rational operative exposure are essential to a successful treatment. |
