| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法:对32例切开复位内固定治疗的跟骨关节内骨折进行随访,随访结果采用Kerr百分制评分系统评定疗效。结果:随访12~24个月,术后4个月骨折全部愈合。Kerr评定优12例,良16例,差3例,极差1例,优良率87.5%。结论:切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一个较好的方法,切开复位能有效恢复关节面的平整和跟骨的外形、力线。
