| Abstract: | Interventional radiologic techniques have become an important treatment tool in hepatobiliary trauma. We review the different methods and indications for these treatments. These include hepatic artery embolization for ongoing hemorrhage, arteriovenous fistula, or the presence of hemobilia. Case examples of each are given. Treatment of post-traumatic abdominal fluid collections is also described. |
